Returns and Exchanges

Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason except for receiving the wrong product.


If we made a mistake with your order, such as (we)Expressions Inc sent the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item. Additionally, the Item was damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in item). Please let us know within 3 days of purchase and will correct it email us info@expressioninc.com.

 

Please include following below in your email

  • Order number and upload photo of the item you received.

 

 Returns and Exchanges

 

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen by the customer, change of heart on color, etc.

 

  • Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.

 

  • If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment.

 

  • Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.
