Returns are expected on most items within 14 days of delivery date, on items that have NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED. YOUR ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORGINAL CONDITION YOU RECIVED THEM.
You will receive a store credit only; we don’t offer refunds or product exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable., You the customer is responsible for purchasing your own shipping label to return your items.

Returns with AfterPay or Sezzle

Damaged or defective Goods
Expressions Inc is committed to selling quality products and we stand behind our brand. We do serval quality checks before an item is shipped.
If we Expressions Inc made a mistake with your order, such as (we)Expressions Inc sent the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or defective item. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange with a free replacement item or a full refund.

We will ship your new placement product within 5 days of us receiving the defective product. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue you full refund.
Once your return is received, we will issue your store credit with 24-48 hours via email. You can use your credit at any time, any items, and it does not expire. If you used a discount code on your purchase your store credit will be the amount you paid not the fill price
