Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

After your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled.

If we made a mistake with your order, such as (we)Expressions Inc sent the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item. Additionally, the Item was damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in item). Please let us know within 3 days of purchase and will correct it email us info@expressioninc.com. Call customer service 214-897-3942 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm CST we are based in Dallas,Texas

 Returns, Refunds,and Exchanges

  • Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.
  • If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment.
  • Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.



We allow returns of unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged items returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you return items without completing the process, your items will be returned to you.  Shipping fees are not refunded.  Click here to submit a return

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. You must purchase your own label.
  • Once your returned has been recived and inspected  we will issue  your store credit with in 72 hours.  
  •   T-shirts and sweatshirts are NON-REFUNDABLE/FINAL SALE these items are made to order  
  • Sale items, promotional items are not eligible for return.

  • Clearance items are final sale and additional discounts will not be applied 
  • Body suites are final sale due to the delicate nature of the item.

  • Afterpay/Sezzle customers ..If you use AfterPay/Sezzle as your payment method your account will continued to be drafted until your 4 Installments are complete with AfterPay.  A store credit will be issued when your return is received back to us to apply towards a new purchase.


  •  If Expressions Inc send you the wrong item, please send us a picture of the incorrect item you received. When you email us at info@expressioninc.com and include the order number.



    How long to I have to use my store credit ?

    Your store credit will never expire.
