Damaged or defective Goods
Expressions Inc is committed to selling quality products and we stand behind our brand. We do serval quality checks before an item is shipped.
If we Expressions Inc made a mistake with your order, such as (we)Expressions Inc sent the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or defective item. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange with a free replacement item or a full refund.

We will ship your new placement product within 5 days of us receiving the defective product. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue you full refund.
Once your return is received, we will issue your store credit with 24-48 hours via email. You can use your credit at any time, any items, and it does not expire. If you used a discount code on your purchase your store credit will be the amount you paid not the fill price

All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-10 days business of placing your order. Meaning that your order can be processed and shipped on the 7th day. our office is closed on Saturday and Sundays

Delivery time will vary depending on your zip code and distance from our warehouse.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.

I haven't received my package, and it shows delivered. Can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we (Expressions Inc) are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. Review address policy below.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping
We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to delayed delivery, lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 2 -15 business days to process and ship. Once your package has shipped, USPS is responsible for delivering your package. You will receive a confirmation email, that your order has shipped.
Ensure that all Suite, Apt, and Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed.
If the recommendations above are not followed above, the customer assumes full responsibility for not receiving their package. Customer will pay for the items to be reshipped.
These shipping costs do not include additional taxes, customs, or duties. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
*Please note, orders outside of the US and Canada cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and must use a street address for shipping.
International Shipping Timeframes
Most international orders are received within 6-10 business days. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Expressions Inc is not liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance.
Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, except post office boxes. However, in certain remote areas, there may be an additional delivery charge or you may need to pick up your package from the closest service point of our shipping partner.

How to measure
If possible, have a friend or family measure you.
- Be sure the measuring tape is straight, but not tight. You should be able to insert one finger between the tape measure and your body to ensure the tape is not too tight.
Bust: With relaxed down at your sides, measure around the fullest part of the bust under your arms
Waist: The natural crease of your waist. measure around the natural waistline
Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started.
