Returns

Returns are expected on most items within 7 days of delivery date, on items that have NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED. YOUR ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORGINAL CONDITION YOU RECIVED THEM.

You will receive a store credit only; we don’t offer refunds or product exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable., You the customer is responsible for purchasing your own shipping label to return your items.

    Returns with AfterPay or Sezzle

    Damaged or defective Goods

    Expressions Inc is committed to selling quality products and we stand behind our brand. We do serval quality checks before an item is shipped.

    If we Expressions Inc made a mistake with your order, such as (we)Expressions Inc sent the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or defective item.  Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange with a free replacement item or a full refund.

    We will ship your new placement product within 5 days of us receiving the defective product. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue you full refund.

     

    Store credit

    Once your return is received, we will issue your store credit with 24-48 hours via email. You can use your credit at any time, any items, and it does not expire. If you  used a discount code on  your purchase  your store credit will be the amount  you paid not the fill price

     

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, due to how fast our items sell out, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We do offer returns and store credit please see our return policy.

      All orders are shipped via USPS  within 1-5 days business  of placing your order. Meaning that your  order can be processed and shipped on the 7th day.

    You will receive an email confirmation  containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. 

    Delivery time will vary depending on your zip code and distance from our warehouse.

    If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.      SHIPPING FAQ


      I haven't received my package, and it shows delivered. Can I get my order reshipped?

    Unfortunately, we (Expressions Inc) are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. Review address policy below. 

     We do not currently offer expedited shipping

    We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to delayed delivery, lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses.


    During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 2 -15 business days to process and ship. Once your package has shipped, USPS is responsible for delivering your package. You will receive a confirmation email, that your order has shipped.
     

    ADDRESS POLICY


    Ensure that all Suite, Apt, and Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed.
     
    If the recommendations above are not followed above, the customer assumes full responsibility for not receiving their package. Customer will pay for the items to be reshipped.

     

     

    These shipping costs do not include additional taxes, customs, or duties. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

    *Please note, orders outside of the US and Canada cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and must use a street address for shipping.

    International Shipping Timeframes

    Most international orders are received within 6-10 business days. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Expressions Inc is not liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance.

    Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, except post office boxes. However, in certain remote areas, there may be an additional delivery charge or you may need to pick up your package from the closest service point of our shipping partner.

     

    The total cost includes:

    - The product purchase price (including any applicable local taxes and handling fees);

    - Customs duty, import tax and any local clearance fees applicable for your country;

    - International shipping charges to your designated delivery address; and

    - Shipping company surcharges

    For most countries, you will pay for the product and the cross-border delivery in a single checkout on our website. The total cost is guaranteed -- it is pre-calculated and pre-paid so you won't receive any bills from the shipping company or a customs invoice.

    For a few countries, it's not possible to pre-calculate and pre-pay the tax and duty when you buy the product; for those countries, you will need to pay tax and duty on delivery.

    Note that you are purchasing the product(s) from Expression Inc,  Terms and Conditions apply to the product purchase. The clothing  offered by Expressions Inc can be shipped internationally. However, some products could possibly be subject to certain import restrictions specific to your country.
